Why the game is unaffected

The character is COVER’s intellectual property, and holo Indie is COVER’s label for fan-made derivative games — the label’s own trailer describes it as a game brand for hololive production 二次創作 (derivative works), and the Steam page calls this one “an action-platformer fan game” in its own copy.
